Friday, 17tii July. (Before Charles Broad, Esq., EM.) Mary Anne Donne and Fanny Thomas were charged with furious riding on the Sunday previous, whereby a man was knocked down at Byrne's corner. Mr Home, who appeared for the defendants showed that the horses had bolted; the ladies were discharged with a caution on payment of the costs of court. Michael Bohan v Griffin—Claim £l6 7s. Od. balance of a blacksmith's account. Judgment for amount by default.

Plowes v Bailor—ln consequence of an error in the summons this case was postponed. Geo. Cooper v Joseph Nixon—Claim £8 14s. 3d. for wages and services rendered. Though this case''was long and obstinately defended, there were no points of general interest attached to it. Judgment was given for £2 in addition to £4 10s. paid into Court. Drennan Bros, v Duggan—Claim £2B Bs. 10 for goods supplied. Judment by default for full amount. Henry Grunnnidge applied for a licence for the house knowu as the Golden Fleece. The Magistrate said, an objection was lodged on account of the bad character of the house, but the sergeant said the application was by a new tenant who had been living there for some time. Granted.

The application of Mary Hogan for a licence was postponed for |enquiry.
