LATEST FROM VICTORIA.
J. T. Griffin, convicted of the murder of the Kodkhampton escort, has been executed. He denied his guilt on the scaffold, but subsequent revelations have discovered 3730 of the notes, and a confession to a turnkey that the prisoner endeavored to bribe, for connivance at escape, has come to light, completely proving the justice of the sentence.
