WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before 0-. W, Lightband, Esq., J.P.) Thursday, Mat 7. Thos. Harley and Party v. John Harold and Patty —For obtaining a certificate for a dam through misrepresentation. The plaintiffs having shown that defendants had neglected to comply with certain forms and regulations and otherwise proved their judgment was given in their favor, with £3 3s, costs, and the "Warden ordered the certifier'e granted to defendants to be cancelled. Ritchie and Party t. Curtain and Party —This was a summons for builds inft a dam across a certain creek, and backing the water from plaintiffs. Judgment for the plaintiffs with costs, andliefendants were cautioned against further interference. The application of Connolly and Party for extended claim at Buckhead was heard aid granted.
