One 1000 gallon Iron Boiler £-inch plate. 2 Thermometers, 1 jSaccharometer, 3 No. 5 Douglas's Pumps in good order, 300 empty Casks of all sizes with all the smaller articles of use in the trade and capable of carrying on brewing on an extensive scale, together with the balance of the Stock, consisting of -20 hhds. of Ale, 2 bales of Hops, with a lot of Sugar and Malt.
