One 1503 gallon Underback. One 2000 gallon Cooler made of American clear plate. One 1000 gallon Iron Boiler i-inch plate. •2 Thermometers, 1 |Saccharometer, 3 No. 5 Douglas's Pumps in good order, 300 empty Casks of all sizes with all the smaller articles of use in the trade and capable of carrying on brewing on an extensive scale-, together with the balance of the Stock, consisting of 20 hhds. of Ale, 2 bales of Hops, with a lot of Sugar and Malt. ALSO. i- Share in the Coal mine in the rear of the Brewery, formerly owned by Mr Mann, and now supplying the town with fuel. Immediately after the Sale of the above will be sold the House heretofore known as MR. ALCORN'S STORE in Princes Street, and now occupied by Mr Ellis.
