In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867. and the matter of JAMES HENNELY and ROBERT MILLEN of "Westport, in the province of Nelson in New Zealand, Merchants NOTICE is hereby given that by deed bearing date the 16th day of April instant, made between the said James Hennelly and Robert Millen, of the first, James Spence of Westport, aforesaid Merchant, and David Wilson Virtue of Hokitika in the Province of Canterbury in New Zealand Merchant of the second part, and the several Creditors of the said James Hennelly and Robert Millen of the third part, the said James Hennelly and Robert Millen conveyed and assigned all and singular the real and personal estate herein deseribed unto the sai< 1 James Spence and David Wilson Virtue, their heirs executors administrators and assigns, upon certain trusts for the benefit of
all creditors of the said James Hennelly and Bobert Millen. And notice is hereby further that the said deed was duly executed by the said James Hennelly and Eobert Millen, on the seventeenth day of April, instant, in presence of and the same is attested by Harry Pitt, of Westport, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same deed was this day duly filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all creditors of the said James Hennelly and Robert Millen.
Dated this seventeenth day of April, 1868. W. & H. PITT, Solicitors in the matter of the said Deed. NOTICE. George Penotti and George Nicholas, of the Boatman's Arms, Gladstone-street, is DISSOLVED this day by mutual consent. The business will be carried on as before under the name of George Nicholas.
