NOTICE.
The accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, arid advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, will complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice mill he found in another column. Advertisers wishing to alter or countermand their advertisements must do so in whiting, not later than 10 a.m. on tlie day previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions tvill be inserted till countermanded, ami charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account tvith t/ie office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
