Murray arrived in port Inst night, at 8 p.m. She left Nelson on Saturday, at 5 p.m., put into Tonga on Saturday evening, left again at 11 a.m. on Sunday, put into Tautcranui; left again at 0 p.m., but had to put back; left again Monday morning, anchored oil' Cape Farewell, and left again at 6 p.m. on Monday, arriving off the BulLer bar at 2 p.m. yesterday. She brings ten passengers and a general cargo of merchandise. CHARLESTON. ARRIVAL. April 7 —Waipura,s.s., from Hokitika. SAILED. April 7—Waipara., s.s., for Westport. VESSELS IK POET. The heavy sea which dashed into the a, on Sunday night, caused the lines of the Fairy to break, involving a collision between her and the Fancy, whereby the latter's bulwarks on the starboard bow were carried away, and damage done to her spars and rigging. The bar yesterday was sufficiently smooth to allow the Waipara to steam in. She only remained about an hour to discarge about 15 tons of cargo and then took her departure.
