It is in the General Assembly the Groldfields need the advocacy of their claims to those considerations necessary to their advancement, and this alone can come from parties intimately acquainted with their wants. As I shall visit the several diggings and meet the constituency. I need not in this notice go into detail upon subjects that I shall fully explain in person.
