Plans and Specifications for Section No. 3, may be seen at the Post-office, Charleston, and Specification, at the Post-office, Westport. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted. Tenders marked "Telegraph Tender" and addressed to the undersigned, Post-office, Greymouth, will be received up to the twentieth day of March 1868.
