We may look forward though to the speedy arrival of some of our regular steamers. The Kennedy and Murray are d:ily and hourly expected from Nelson, the Nelson from Ilokitika, and the Waipara will be popping in and out at short intervals. Wo learn by Dunediri files (hat 1 lie Wallace will not become a West Coast trader at present, and our old friend the Bruce will probably be absent undergoingoverhaul lor some time to come. The weather is lino, and the bar for the last few days been good and smooth.
