Weds-s'liiat, February 26. Before J. Giles, Esq., M.D., R.M. robbery eroji the person. Jas. G-ilchrist was brought up under warrant, and charged JRachael JStElroy, and Elizabeth Lafferty, with stealing a necktie from his person. The Magistrate, on hearing the evidence, remarked that it was by far the .vorstcase ever brought before him, and after severely reprimanding the prosecutor, dismissed the case, ordering the necktie to be given up to Rachael M'Elroy.
