The evening's amusement will commence Avith the ascent of a MONSTER BALLOON!! From a Garden specially laid out and decorated for the occasion, at the back of Stephenson's Rooms. During the evening will be introduced THE HALL OF STATUES, with a Magnificent Display of Fireworks in the Garden. The Ball will commence at Ten o'clock.
