Proprietor, to Sell by Auction on the Premises, on Saturday the 22nd inst., at 2 o'clock p.m.—The Cottage and Premises occupied by Harry Pitt, Esq., together with Household Furniture, &c, &c. The land has a frontage of 33 ft. to Bright-street, by 66 ft back, and is held under a business license, and has erected thereon, Two substantiallybuilt Two-roomed Cottages. There is a Weil of Water on the premises,, and a plentiful supply nf firewood. One of the Cottages is used as a sitting and bed-room, and the other as kitchen, the latter has an American Stove fitted up therein.
