PROTESTANT CHURCH, CHARLESTON. THE FIRST HALE-YEARLY Celebration of the Opening of the above place of worship will be held on SUNDAY, February 16, when Special Sermons will be Preached by the Rev. THOMAS DICKSON, of Westport, in the morning at 11, in the evening at 7. On TUESDAY, Feb 18, a PUBLIC SOIREE will be held at the same place tea on the tables at half-past six p.m.; after which, addressee and recitations .will be delivered, interspersed with singing &c. Tickets 5s each; may be had of Messrs Alexander, Masters, Cruinpton, and the principal stores in the town. A Collection will be made at the close of each service in aid of the Church Funds.
