The accounts for His journal will be collect el monthly, and advertisers are informed lla' 24 insertions, in all cases, ■will complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice will be found, in another column. Advert iserstrishinalo alter or countermand their advertisements must do so in WHITING, not later than 10 a.m. on thn da// •previous to publication. Advertisements sent trithov/ written instructions as to the number of insertions trill be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casial advertisements, when the advertiser hat no account with the office, must be paid for prior io insertion.
