NOTICE. REVISION OF THE MINING REGULATIONS OF THE NELSON SOUTH-WEST GOLDFIELDS. THE Miners ©f the Buller District are requested to Elect Representatives to meet in the Court House at Westport, on SATURDAY,, the 29th day of FEBRUARY, for the purpose of Revising and Amending the Goldfields Regulations. In order to avoid the inconvenience of an election conducted in the usual manner, it has been decided that any person bringing with him Thirty (30) Miners' Rights will be deemed a duly elected Representative. It will only be necessary that the Miners' Rights shall be produced at the first meeting on February 29th, but no one can take any part in the proceeding who has not attended the first meeting.
