The third day of December, 1867. UPON reading the Petition in the above matter, and hearing Mr Kingdon of Counsel for the said Petitioners, and the several affidavits filed herein, I order that the said Petition be herrd at "Westport, on the eleventh day of February, 1868; and that a Meeting of Creditors be held at the Court House, Hokitika, on the seventh day of January, 1868, at the hour of eleven o'clock, in the forenoon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee, and the best mode of winding-up the Estate.
