NOTICE.
The accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, tvill complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of which notice will be found in another column. Adver'Userswishingto alter or countermand their advertisements must do so in writing, not later than 10 a.m. on the dag previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as to the number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with tlie office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
