NOTICE.
The accounts for this journal toill be collected monthly, and adoerlisers are informed that 24 insertions, in all cases, will complete the month. A collector is appointed for advertising accounts, of ■which notice xv'ill be found in another column. Advertisers loishingto alter or countermand their advertisements mast do so in writing, not later than 10 a.m. on the day previous to publication. Advertisements sent without ivritten instructions as to the number of insertions ivill be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser lias no account with the office, must be paid for prior to insertion.
