THE MIDLAND RAILWAY CASE.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wellington, Monday. The Hon. Mr Blake's award intho V Midland Railway Arbitration case was lifted this morning, The award is entirely against the Company.
Mr Illake holds that the Company is not entitled ,; tp any damage?, aiid that tlio seizure of the line by the Government was justified.
