A meeting of the Directors pf the Wnirarapa Caledonian Society, was hold on Saturday last, in the' Cliib Hotel, Mr E. W. Dorset, in the Chair, and twenty Director? being presept, The minutes of the previous meet'
ing were read and confirmed, Tenders for services of band on day of Sports, were opened. Mr D. Mr Heron moved, Mr Guild seconded, tli,it the tariff submitted by the Committee, he adhered to.— Carried.

Messrs Alex, McLeod, Daniel], Chamberlain, and the Secretary were appointed a Committee to arrange for logs for hewing and sawing competition.
