Jacobs made application fpr his discharge from Bankruptcy,' His Honor'granted a discHargo' ponditioiially that debfor pay 10s in in the £ on nil prpyed debts, the Proved claims amounting to £jq, P, I;. BECKER, C. L. Becker made application for discharge. The proved claims in this estate apiopnt to £376. Hip Honor said there were two reasons why the application should not be granted for a period. . The first was neglect on the applicant's part to keep his books properly balanced, ■ and tho second was that ho bad contracted debts with merchants without disclosing lothem his real-finan-cial position.
