Tlioy art) already with us in Sydney. The ladies of Sydney and Melbourne Government Houses will, it is said give the wheel a push along. The other day I (writes a lady in tlio llural Australian) saw a woman careering along a crowded street in a fashionable suburb, and how she was stared at, especially by the men!
