M. Nelidoif, the Russian Plenipotentiary, has made a final appeal to the Sultan to allow oxtra guardships in the Bosphorus, If the request is refused, it is believed they will enter supported by a squadron from tho allied fleets.
Tho Governor of Iladjim, who was recently dismissed at tho roquest of America has been appointed to Tarsus, which is a more important post than Hie other.
