Competitors in tho Bicycle Events must supply with entry: weight of machine, gear, description, and maker. Entries for >ll Handicaps, Tree-Felling, and Sawing Contests, accompanied with fees and performances for Handicaps, must be lodged with the Secretary not later than Saturday, 21st day of December, Handicaps will be published on Saturday, December 28th. Acceptances on the ground. Three competitors to start or no second prize. All amateur events to be competed for under the rules of the N.Z.A.A. andN.Z.C. Association. Tho decision of tho Committee, or whoever they mayanpolnt shall in all eases bo absolutely final.
