Received December 10, 1 a.m. Sydney, Decombor 9. A sensational accident occurred in tho bnrbonr to-day. The warship Ringarooma wao engaged in torpedo practice when an unfilled torpedo struck ami pierced a boat containing six of her crow who were assisting at the practice.
