Competitors in the Bicycle Events must supply with entry: weight of machine, gear, description, and maker. Entries for all Handicaps, Tree-Felling, and Sawing Contests, accompanied witli fees and performances for Handicaps, must lie lodged with the Secretary not later than Saturday, 21st day of December, Handicaps will be published on Saturday, December 28th. The decision of tho Committee, or whoever they may appoint Bhall in all eases lie absolutely final.
