A man named Leopold Hesso shot his son Alfonso, aged 22, dead, while the young man was at lunch noar a window, through which tho father fired with a rifle. Tho crime is supposed to ho tho result of stiained relations in business matters, Hesso hud beon drinking heavily. The murderer has been arrested. limited December 6, 11,15 a.m. Melbourne, December G,. Hesso submitted to his arresttL quietly. Ho remarked several timeif " I shot him dead." The deceasod leaves a wife and child.
