The Supreme Court has been engaged all day in hearing the charges of conspiring to defraud and conspiring to steal by means of tlio confidence trick against James Eastwood, John Miller and William Hudson. The jury, after a lengthy retirement, returned a verdict of guilty, and sentence was doforred, Duxkmx, Thursday. In tlio conspiracy case Eastwood was sentenced to two years, and Hudson and Millor to 18 mouths each.
