Entries for all Handicaps, Tree-Felling, and Sawing Contests, accompanied with fees and performances for Handicaps, must be lodged with the Secretary not later than Saturday, 21st day ot December, Handicaps will be published on Saturday, December 29th. The decision of the Committee, or whoever they may appoint shall in all cases be absolutely linal.
