Memiouune, December 3, The Full Court lias declarod the damages awarded to Greener in the case against the Abrahams foivMK# fraudulently using tlio name of the *JT linn, upon inferior guns, as not only excessive, but simply outrageous. The Court suggested that £525 would be sufficient instead of the £5500 awarded, and allowed tlio parties until February 8, to confer whether tlie amount mentioned would be accepted, or an order inado for a new trial,
