THE BILL THROWN OUT. Itlcgraph—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday, The Grand Jury threw out tho Bill against ex-constable Nestor, of Ekotahunn, for perjury. John Idle, for breaking iuto a local store, received twelve months' imprisonment.
