ANNUAL MEETING. Three Clay-Pigeon Matches wore held at ifessrs "Lowes and lorns' saleyards, on Saturday afternoon last, by the members qf the above Club, and were won by Mr J, 0, Walker, " ' ' In tho evening, the Annual Meeting took place, Mr J. J. Mackerssy, the President, in the Chair.
Mr E. M. D, Whatman gave, as a notice of motion, that no member shall be allowed to go to his mark, uuless his subscription bo paid; and that tho Secretary bo empowered to enforce the same,—Seconded by ifr Meredith. ' '
The corrospondenco was read; also the Ualunce-Bheet, und list of averages; ami, on the motion of Mr Wardell, seconded by MrMackersey, that this meeting stand adjourned until such time that the Treasurer can attend, was earned unanimously, A vote of thanks to the Chairman, concluded the meeting. Tlio best average of tlio season, was made by Mr W. Wardell,who also wins Mr J.-Tuckers Cup, ']? or Mr" Mand'el's 'Ten-Guinea, Pll'p'i!' lyhioh Is' to" Ke wbh'twiboiii succession, or threo times'at'inter: vals, the following liavo secured a win each: Messrs J. Mowlem, T, Thompson, W. Wardell; and Mr e! Welch, two wins,
