Modem Sockiy tolls us that in London, a now name for " bockors" has' been invented, and that it is now customary to call tho knieks " Fancbettcs," and in circles in which it is permissablo to speak of such garments with froedom, it is alleged that the new name is usually contracted, to "Fannies," Tho charm of the appellation is found in tho fact that it is meaningless-" it does sot give away whatyou mean," ono fair wearor explains. Tho heaviest cyclist in tho world is supposed to be Pr Moldon, of Dublin, who scales 26st 61b.
