No entry will be received for any race unless on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and ( their decision upon all points shall be final, All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount, must be addressed to the Secretary, Mastertoc, No entry will bo received after the hour , r named, on any pretence whatever, The amount of second horse will be deducted from the advertised amount of stakes, Definition of a Hack.—Hack means a horso that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or has not been nominated in any race, other than Hack races, at the samo meeting. The winner of any race after declaration of weights of tbo advertised value of £SO or under to carry a penalty of 61b, and of the advertised value of over 100 to carry a psnalty of 71b, All stakes will be paid in full at the Cluh Eotd at 11a.m., 27th inat.
