THE TURKISH CRISIS.

It is reported that tho Sultan of Turkey has offered, after effecting tho promised reforms, to visit the London and European capitals to arrange for tho better government of bis Empire.
Twenty villages north-west of Aleppo, have been burned, and the inhabitants massacred. The Kurds are massing on the borders of the Euphrates.
