The drought in the back country is having a disastrous effect on the overland cattlo trade betweou Queensland and Victoria, Drovers state that the stock routo for hundreds of miles, is completely bnro of feed aud water, and lined with dead cattlo, which havo perished from want of tho same, Cattle en route to any distance in tho north, never reach their destination, and no Queensland bullocks may bo expected in tho Victorian markots, for at least the next twelve months.
