Definition of a Hack.-Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or has not been nominated in any race, other than Hack racea, at the same meeting, The winner of any race after declaration of weights of the advertised value of £SO or under to cany n penalty of 51b, and of the advertised value of over £'so to carry a psnalty of 71b, All stakes will bo paid in full at the Chih Hotel at 11 a,m„ 27th inst,
