All races to be run under the New Zealand rales of racing. No entry will be received for any race unless on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, aliall bo decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final, All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount, must be addressed to the Secretary, Mastertoe, No entry will bo received after the hour named, on any preterite whatever, The amount of second horso will bo deducted from the advertised amount of stakes. Definition of a Hack.-Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or has not been nominated in any race, other than Hack racea, at the same meeting, The winner of any race after declaration of weights of the advertised value of £SO or under to cany n penalty of 51b, and of the advertised value of over £'so to carry a psnalty of 71b, All stakes will bo paid in full at the Chih Hotel at 11 a,m„ 27th inst,
