Definition of a Hack.-Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised raco at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or has not been nominated in any race, other than Haok races, at the same mcetiug. The winner of any race after declaration of weights of the advertised valuo of £OO or under to cany a penalty of sft, and of the advertised value of over £SO to carry a psnalty of 71b.
