Nominations must bo accompcnied by tho necessary fees, otherwise they may be rejected, _ In ontering state colour, sex,namc, age, podiereo, and previous performances (where not known to tho bandicappei) and colours to be worn by tho rider, and also quote number of race entered for. 2. A hack is a horsi that has never won an advertised race at any time (Hack and Hunter Races excepted), anil is not nominated in any race other than Hack and Hunter races at the timo denomination. 3. Tho Stewards reserve the right to alter tho dates of nominations, weights, and acccp tances, also to alter the stakes should occasion arise, subject to tho approval of the Metropolitan Club.
