A hack is a horsi that has never won an advertised race at any time (Hack and Hunter Races excepted), anil is not nominated in any race other than Hack and Hunter races at the timo denomination. 3. Tho Stewards reserve the right to alter tho dates of nominations, weights, and acccp tances, also to alter the stakes should occasion arise, subject to tho approval of the Metropolitan Club.
