THE VICTORIAN FACTORY BILL.
Melbourne, November 15. s ■ In the Legislative Assembly, new clauses have been inserted in the Factory Bill, providing that no ! one employed in any factory , or work shop shall receive less than two shillings and per week; preventing tho meat on Sundays; providing weekly half holiday for oyery shop assistantand also bringing waitresses in restaurants, coffee palaces, and fish shops, under the operations of tho Bill.
