All races to be run under the New Zealand rules of racing. No entry will be received for any race unless on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by tho necessary amount, must bo addressed to tho Secretary, Mastcrtoc. No entry will be received after the hour named, on any pretence whatever. Tho amount of second horso will be deducted from tho advertised amount of stokes.
