THE VICTORIAN HARVEST.
Received Xmvnher IS, 11 a.m. Melbourne, November 12. It is now certain that the forthcoming harvest will be the lightest over reaped in Victoria, and it will take some growers all their time to get their seed back. Hundreds of ■ thousands of acres will novcr be reaped at all.while the best paddocks will hardly return a bag per acre.
