All races to be run under tbo flow Zealand rules of racing. No entry will be received for any race unless on tbc condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by tbo Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision uponall points shall be final, All nominations, entries and acceptance*, accompanied by the necessary amount, must bo addressed to the Secretary, Mastertoc. No entry will bo received after the hour named, on any pretence whatever. Tbo amount of sccoud horse will be deducted from the advertised amount of stakes. Definition of a Hack,-Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter race excepted, and is not or has not been nominated in any race, other than Hack races, at thosamo mcetiug. The winner of any race after declaration of weights of tbo advertised value of £SO or under to cany a penalty of sft, and of the advertised value of over JESO to carry a penalty of 71b.
