An Antarctic expedition is being prepared in Berlin. Tho expedition will cost 95,000 marks. It will compriso two vessels, starting from Eerguelcn, and will bo absent three years, Cook, a lumber of the first Pearv expedition to the North Polo, sails with two American vessels of 100 tons each, on an Antarctic expedition.
