Tho Albanian Palace guards having plotted against the Sultan's life, jyeight of them have been executed • Turkish bonds have fallen heayily. Miceived November 3, 7.30 p.m. ■Constantinople, November 1. The Armenians are fomenting trouble, and the disturbances are depreciating stocks. Armenians are assembling in numerous centres well armed, and they hold Zoitoum district.
