The selection of Mr mt A. D'Arcy, to fill tho vark trust. vftCiint seat on the Masterton Park Trust, is likely tp give general satisfaction. Mr D'Arcy represents, or is in touch with, the various athlotio bodies which frequent the Masterton Park Oval, and will be able to directly advocate their views and requirements. The future development of tho Park as a popular recroation depends' very much upon its being made convenient to footballers, cricketers, bicyclists, and lovers of athletic sportsgenerally. It is only right, therefore, that such bodies should be directly represented in the jnanagenient.
