Received October 12, 10.30 a.m. Loxnox, October 11, The Now South' Wales loan averaged £96 8s 3d. The Standard considers it very qualified, most of the stock not being strongly tied. . The Financial Times is glad the success of Wales is within reasonable bounds, as the beadfl of the other Colonies will not bo turned by it.
