THE HEREDITARY INSANITY PLEA AGAIN. Received October 10, 10.25 p.m. Sydney, October 10. Dean appeared in the Polico Court to-day, on remand, 011 tho charge of perjury. . The case was further adjourned 1 until to morrow. Cabinet is discussing the question as to tlnrability of the Ministry to reyoko Dean's free pardon. Recciccd Ochhcr 11, 0.50 a.m. The theory of hereditary insanity is being canvassed in the Narandora district, where Dean's mother and sister still reside. Both women have, it is said, been long known to residents as eccentric, and the press interview with thorn confirms this view of their mental state.
